Number Sense is one of the 3 math competitions that UIL offers. It is a 10-minute, 80 question mental math test which does not allow any scratch work at all. It's completely okay if you think this seems really hard or even scary, most people do. But, my goal with this website is to take off the scary cover of the test and show you how easy it can really be with a little bit of effort.
You are given 5 points for every question you answer correctly and 4 points are taken off for every incorrect answer or any answers left blank. But, this is only up until the last question that you answer. So, for example, if you answered up to question 40/80, the 40 questions after that will not be scored at all.
